Pre-Order Policy

This policy explains launch pricing, inventory allocation, expected shipment timing, cancellations, delays, and bundle handling for ApexLight 552 pre-orders.

The ApexLight 552 is FDA-cleared. A pre-order reserves inventory before the product is ready to ship. The current expected shipment window is October 1–15, 2026, but this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

The Founders Launch and Fourth of July offers are separate promotional offers and cannot be combined. The applicable offer and included items will be shown at checkout and in the order confirmation.

Limited to the first 200 qualifying customers

Together, the Founders Launch and Fourth of July offers are limited to the first 200 qualifying completed ApexLight 552 pre-orders, subject to payment authorization, fraud review, and inventory availability.

2. Inventory allocation

A launch unit is reserved when checkout is completed successfully and the order receives a valid confirmation number. Adding the product to a cart does not reserve inventory.

If payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or not completed, Revive Apex may release the reserved unit to the next customer. Revive Apex may also cancel duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized orders.

3. Expected shipment window

The current expected shipment window is October 1–15, 2026. This means Revive Apex expects eligible pre-orders to leave the fulfillment location during that period. Carrier transit time is separate and will vary by destination and service level.

Orders may ship in batches rather than all on the same day. A shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent when the order is handed to the carrier.

4. Delays or material changes

If Revive Apex determines that an order cannot ship within the stated shipment window, the customer will be notified using the contact information associated with the order.

The notice will provide an updated estimate and, when required, the option to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. Revive Apex will not substitute a materially different device without customer consent.

5. Payment

The amount, taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and included items shown during checkout will control. Payment may be charged or processed according to the selected payment method or third-party financing provider’s terms.

Financing approval, payment schedules, interest, fees, and refunds administered by a third-party financing provider are also subject to that provider’s agreement.

6. Cancellation before shipment

A customer may request cancellation of an unshipped pre-order by contacting Revive Apex through the website Contact page and providing the order number and purchaser information.

Approved cancellations of unshipped orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method. After an order has entered final fulfillment or has shipped, the Shipping & Returns Policy will apply instead.

7. Fourth of July serum bundle

The $1,250 Fourth of July offer includes one ApexLight 552 and one 30 mL Advanced Follicle Support Serum. The order confirmation will identify all included items.

Unless the order confirmation states otherwise, bundled items may ship together or separately. If the complete pre-order is canceled before shipment, the entire bundle will be canceled. Returns after shipment are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy and applicable product-condition requirements.

8. Address changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address changes must be requested before the order enters final fulfillment. Revive Apex cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after a shipping label has been created.

Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or outdated customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

9. Order communications

Customers must provide a valid email address and should monitor order-confirmation, delay, verification, and shipping messages. Customers should also check spam or promotions folders for Revive Apex communications.

10. Warranty and ordinary returns

The ApexLight 552 Three-Year Limited Warranty begins on the documented original retail purchase date and covers eligible defects under its terms. A warranty claim is different from an ordinary return or cancellation.

11. Policy updates

The version presented and accepted at checkout will govern the order, except where a later change gives the customer greater protection or is required by law. Revive Apex will not retroactively reduce a confirmed customer’s price or included bundle items.
