ApexLight 552
Three-Year Limited Warranty

Revive Apex stands behind the ApexLight 552 with consistent limited-warranty protection throughout Years 1, 2, and 3 for eligible defects arising during normal use.

Last updated July 3, 2026 · United States
This warranty applies to eligible ApexLight 552 devices purchased directly from Revive Apex or an authorized Revive Apex seller in the United States. Keep your order confirmation, receipt, and device serial number.

1. Warranty period

Coverage begins on the documented date of the original retail purchase and continues for thirty-six months. The purchase date may be verified through Revive Apex order records, an authorized seller record, marketplace transaction record, customer receipt, serial-number registration, or other reasonable proof of purchase.

Product registration is recommended but is not the exclusive method of establishing warranty eligibility.

2. Products and components covered

This limited warranty covers the ApexLight 552 device and the functional accessories supplied with the retail unit, including:

  • Helmet and internal light assembly
  • Laser and LED diode array
  • Internal electrical components
  • Controller and timer
  • Structural housing and internal mounts
  • Rechargeable battery or battery pack
  • Charging system and power adapter
  • Power and controller cables
  • Connectors
  • Other functional accessories included with the device

3. Covered defects

Coverage applies to defects in materials, manufacture, assembly, durability, or workmanship that arise under normal use. Covered conditions may include:

  • Partial or complete diode-array failure
  • Failure of a laser or LED diode to illuminate or operate within the approved product specification
  • Irregular flashing, intermittent operation, inconsistent light output, or treatment-cycle failure
  • Controller, timer, cable, connector, charging, or power-adapter failure
  • Battery failure that prevents completion of the prescribed treatment cycle
  • Internal electrical failure, abnormal overheating, or a verified safety-related malfunction
  • Structural or housing failure not caused by accident, misuse, or external damage
  • Multiple component failures that prevent normal operation

Consistent coverage for all three years

The same covered-defect standard applies throughout Years 1, 2, and 3. Coverage does not convert to parts-only support or a prorated credit during Years 2 or 3.

4. Warranty remedy

For an approved covered claim involving the helmet, light array, internal electronics, structural integrity, overheating, a multi-component failure, or a safety-related failure, Revive Apex will provide a complete replacement device or a commercially equivalent successor device.

For a covered failure limited to an included accessory, Revive Apex may replace the affected accessory rather than the complete device.

A replacement device is covered for the longer of the remaining term of the original warranty or twelve months from the date the replacement is delivered.

5. What is not covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage proven to have been caused by:

  • Intentional abuse, neglect, or misuse
  • A significant drop, crushing event, collision, or other accident
  • Water immersion or liquid exposure beyond the conditions allowed by the user manual
  • Fire, flood, power surge, or other external casualty
  • Unauthorized modification or repair that caused or materially contributed to the failure
  • Use with an incorrect power source or charger contrary to the approved instructions
  • Use materially contrary to the user manual
  • Loss, theft, or disappearance
  • Ordinary cosmetic wear that does not affect function or safety

Ordinary battery-capacity reduction is not covered when the battery still completes the prescribed treatment cycle. A battery failure that prevents completion of the prescribed treatment cycle is covered.

An exclusion applies only when the excluded event caused or materially contributed to the claimed failure. Normal wear or unrelated cosmetic damage will not automatically void coverage for an otherwise covered manufacturing defect.

6. How to submit a claim

  1. Contact Revive Apex through the website Contact page.
  2. Provide your order number or proof of purchase, device serial number, and a description of the problem.
  3. Provide photographs or video when reasonably requested and relevant to verifying the issue.
  4. Complete reasonable troubleshooting steps supplied by Revive Apex.
  5. Do not ship the device unless Revive Apex provides return instructions.

Revive Apex aims to acknowledge a complete claim within two business days and provide an approval, denial, or request for additional information within five business days after receiving sufficient documentation.

7. Warranty shipping

For an approved covered claim, Revive Apex will provide the applicable return instructions and will cover reasonable domestic shipping associated with the approved warranty remedy. Replacement devices and covered replacement accessories will be shipped to the verified U.S. delivery address at no additional charge.

Customers are not required to communicate directly with the overseas manufacturer or ship a device internationally.

8. Safety concerns

Stop using the device and contact Revive Apex promptly if the device shows signs of abnormal overheating, burning, smoke, electric shock, physical damage affecting safety, or an unexpected light-output malfunction.

9. State-law rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
