Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Revive Apex collects, uses, discloses, protects, and retains personal information when you use our website, communicate with us, or purchase our products.

Last updated July 3, 2026 · United States
Revive Apex is not a healthcare provider and does not request medical records through this website. Do not submit highly sensitive medical, financial, identity, or account-security information through ordinary email or website messages.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to ReviveApex.com, Revive Apex online shopping and account services, customer support, warranty and return interactions, marketing communications, and related online services that link to this Policy.

It does not govern independent third-party websites, marketplaces, financing providers, payment processors, carriers, or authorized sellers that publish their own privacy notices.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address
  • Account login details and account preferences
  • Order, pre-order, return, refund, warranty, and customer-support information
  • Product reviews, survey responses, photographs, videos, and other content you submit
  • Marketing preferences and communication choices
  • Wholesale, salon, clinic, retail, or partnership inquiry information

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and language settings
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, referral source, date and time, and session activity
  • Approximate location derived from IP address
  • Cookie, pixel, local-storage, and similar technology identifiers
  • Security, fraud-prevention, and website-performance information

Payment-card details are generally collected and processed by our payment processor. Revive Apex may receive limited payment information such as payment status, card type, last four digits, billing confirmation, and transaction identifiers.

3. Sources of information

We collect personal information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from service providers that help operate the website and fulfill orders, from payment and financing providers, from shipping carriers, from fraud-prevention services, and from authorized sellers or marketplaces when necessary to support a purchase or warranty claim.

4. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • Process payments, orders, pre-orders, shipments, cancellations, returns, refunds, and warranty claims
  • Create and administer customer accounts
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Send transactional messages, order updates, safety notices, and service communications
  • Send marketing communications when permitted and manage opt-out requests
  • Personalize website content, product recommendations, and offers
  • Measure website performance and understand how customers use the site
  • Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized activity
  • Maintain records, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations
  • Improve products, packaging, customer experience, and business operations

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage, and similar technologies for essential site functions, shopping-cart persistence, account access, fraud prevention, analytics, performance, personalization, and advertising measurement.

You may be able to manage nonessential cookies through a cookie-preference tool or browser settings. Disabling certain technologies may affect website functionality.

6. Analytics and advertising

We may use analytics and advertising service providers to understand website use, measure campaigns, limit repeated advertising, and present more relevant content. These providers may collect device and activity information through cookies or similar technologies.

Revive Apex does not sell personal information for money. Some state privacy laws may define certain analytics or targeted-advertising disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising. Where applicable, we will provide the required opt-out mechanism and honor legally recognized preference signals.

7. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Payment processors, financing providers, fraud-prevention providers, and banks
  • Website hosting, cloud-storage, database, analytics, security, and technical-service providers
  • Fulfillment partners, warehouses, shipping carriers, customs providers, and returns processors
  • Email, customer-support, survey, and marketing-service providers
  • Manufacturers or technical service providers when needed to evaluate a warranty or safety issue
  • Professional advisers, insurers, auditors, accountants, and legal counsel
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or security
  • A buyer, investor, lender, or successor in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets

Service providers are authorized to use personal information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

8. Marketing communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. We may continue to send nonpromotional communications such as order confirmations, shipment notices, warranty communications, security alerts, and policy notices.

Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase unless expressly permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply to text messaging programs, and separate text-message terms will be presented before enrollment if such a program is offered.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including order fulfillment, warranty administration, customer support, tax and accounting records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Retention periods vary by record type. We may retain transaction and warranty records longer than marketing-preference or website-analytics records. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, deidentify, or aggregate it, subject to legal and operational requirements.

10. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission, storage system, or security method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting account credentials and should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use or a security incident involving your information.

11. Children’s privacy

The website is not directed to children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. Purchases must be made by an adult or person of legal majority.

If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. Your privacy choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request:

  • Access to or confirmation of personal information we maintain about you
  • Correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Deletion of certain personal information
  • A portable copy of certain personal information
  • Information about categories of data collected, sources, purposes, and recipients
  • Opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling where applicable
  • Restriction or limitation of certain sensitive-personal-information uses where applicable
  • Withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent
  • Appeal of a denied privacy request where applicable
  • Freedom from unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights

13. How to submit a privacy request

Submit a request by emailing info@reviveapex.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate relevant records.

We may need to verify your identity using information associated with your account or transactions. We will use verification information only for the request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authority and direct identity verification.

14. State-specific privacy rights

Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, subject to statutory thresholds, exemptions, exceptions, and verification requirements.

For California residents, applicable rights may include the right to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service and pricing after exercising privacy rights. Revive Apex will provide any legally required “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or preference-signal functionality when those obligations apply to our operations.

For Florida residents, rights under applicable Florida privacy law may apply when Revive Apex meets the law’s coverage requirements. We will process eligible requests and appeals as required by applicable law.

15. Global Privacy Control and browser signals

Where required by applicable law, we will treat a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of covered sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity for the browser or device from which the signal is sent.

Because there is not a uniform legal or technical standard for all browser “Do Not Track” signals, we do not respond to every such signal unless required by law.

16. International visitors

Revive Apex is based in the United States. If you access the website from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Additional regional notices or consent mechanisms may be provided when required.

17. Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party websites, financing providers, marketplaces, social platforms, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy.

18. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, products, service providers, or business practices. The revised version will be posted with an updated date. When required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change.
